You want to offer direct deposit but have certain employees who can't or won't open a checking account? RCB Pay Cards are a cost saving alternative to paper payroll checks and allow employees to access their pay through a VISA card. When payroll is process, wages are loaded onto the Pay Card via direct deposit and your employees can withdraw at ATM’s or use it as a checkcard wherever VISA is accepted.
