RCB Bank will set up a new P.O. Box specifically for your accounts receivable and remittance payments, pick up your payment and process them by batching, coding, posting, sorting and scanning the incoming payments. Our digital solution will send you an email notifying you of lockbox activity. Upon logging in to the Lockbox Portal, you'll be able to view digital images of all items deposited that day. History and search ability is available for all items spanning a thirteen month period. With the upload functionality, our lockbox solution can even reduce the amount of time it takes you to post your payments into your accounting software.
