Court Appointed Special Advocates hosts 'Bull Drop' fundraiser

CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Cowley County recently held its second annual Big Bucks Bull Drop and grand-prize winner Janet Buss (pictured) came away with $4,625 for purchasing the "lucky" square.
Bull Drop funds support the training and supporting of volunteer advocates for children who are involved in courtroom situations due to abuse and neglect.
Winners of the four-corner $50 prize money were Claire Jack, Janie Parr, Kate Jack and Vickie Martin.
Door prize winners were David Garner, CADS gift basket; Jeff Farris, Munson Cowley County flyover; and Marcia Murrell, duffle bag of beach goodies.
"CASA would like to thank all who participated in our second annual Big Bucks Bull Drop by purchasing squares," said Linda Groth, executive director of CASA of Cowley County, Inc.
