RCB Bank employees had a busy day Monday helping customers customize PIN numbers for their new ATM bank cards.
The bank de-activated all Home National Bank ATM cards and activated new RCB bank cards in their place. The new cards recently were mailed out to RCB customers.
RCB Bank acquired Home National Bank in July.
"Today is the first day of our conversion from HNB to RCB," Skip Mefford, a member of the management team based at RCB's downtown Arkansas City branch, said Monday.
"We've been extremely busy with people wanting to personalize their PIN number," Mefford said. "It's been a great day."
