Please be advised, there is currently a phone scam going on where customers are being called and asked for banking information. These callers are stating that they are with First Alert Security (or a similar security firm) and saying that the customer will receive valuable coupons and rewards if they verify account information from their checks.
This is a SCAM. Do not give your account number or other personal financial information to anyone over the phone. RCB Bank is not affiliated with this company or others like it. If you receive a call of this nature, please make note of the phone number that was used and any names (company or personnel).
If you receive a call from RCB Bank or any of our vendors, we will never ask for your account number. If you suspect your account has been compromised, or you have given your account information out over the phone to someone other than the bank, please call the bank immediately at 855-BANK-RCB.
