Sean Fuller, RCB Bank
Sean Fuller grew up in Ardmore and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma. He has been with RCB since April 2008 and has worked in the banking industry since 1993.
At RCB, he specializes in financing commerical and industrial real estate with a focus on senior housing.
“I would say that i have a knack for understanding the special needs of those types of projects,” Fuller said. “I would think that my customers would say that I deliver on my promises -- if I think that a project is feasible I can usually put the deal together in a way that works for hte bank and for my clients.”
“I’m passionate about getting deals done. What excites me about banking is seeing a project start with some rough numbers on a piece of paper as it then moves through the construction process and finally opens for business. I absolutely love the construction process. But ultimately what I find satisfying is knowing that I’ve helped my customers and our local community when we’ve successfully completed a project.”
Fuller is a fan of the work done by Infant Crisis Services and a long time supporter of the United Way. He is a member of the Executive Council of the Jim Thorpe Association and has been recognized several times for his work on the council.
He said he doesn’t “like loose ends, procrastination, or red tape and bureaucracy.”
“If someone doesn’t want to get right after a task and see it through to completion or if they want to create barriers to getting the deal done, then I guess they might prefer to work with someone else.”
Ultimately, he said, he would like to be remember as a good husband and a great father.
“I’d hope some day when my children have to make an important decision that they might pause and wonder ‘what would Dad have done?’”
