CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA – RCB Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Mason to Senior VP, Market President for the Claremore Market.
“Matt is absolutely the best guy for this role,” said Tim Cutsinger, RCB Bank Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer. “He is extremely knowledgable on banking and lending, active in the community and very personable with customers and employees alike. I think he’ll do a tremendous job leading our Claremore branches.”
Mason is very involved in the Claremore community, including serving as Vice President of the Claremore Public School Foundation and as Advisory Board Member of the RSU Innovation Center. He is also actively involved at First Baptist Church in different capacities and coaches youth baseball, football and basketball.
“Working for RCB Bank for the past four and a half years has been a great experience and it is all due to the great leadership and the great people I work with every day,” said Mason. “After being in banking for 18 years, I have learned that listening and serving are just as important as delegating. At RCB Bank we can offer everything that a big bank can offer, but we act like a small town bank.”
Previously, Mason was Senior VP of Loans.
Mason and his wife Jennifer have three children daughter Anna, 15, and two sons Thomas, 12, and Drew, 7 and currently live in Claremore.
Other changes in the department include Brad Ward, VP of Loans, formally at RCB Bank’s Catoosa branch, who is now located at the Claremore Main Bank on Patti Page Boulevard and new hire Kevi Zufall, AVP Loan Officer, who is also located at the RCB Bank Main Bank.
“2013 was a great year for our lending department,” said Cutsinger. “And with the addition of a few new people plus moving a some around to other branches where we needed additional support, we are poised to be able to help anyone that walks into our banks with their banking and lending needs.”
