Two new lenders added to RCB Bank Pryor team
Lonnie McCullough Jr., and Curtis Bales join lending staff at RCB Bank
RCB Bank is pleased to announce the addition of two lenders to our team in Pryor, Lonnie McCullough Jr., as a Senior Vice President and Curtis Bales as a Loan Officer. Both will be located at the downtown branch on First Street.
McCullough, from Kimberling City, MO, brings extensive knowledge in commercial, agriculture and consumer lending and has more than 20 years experience in community banking.
“RCB is a long-term, strong, stable and conservative community bank that prides itself on customer service,” said McCullough. “Both of these are very important to me.”
McCullough has an Agri/Business degree from the College of the Ozarks. He also completed the Commercial School of Lending from the University of Missouri and the Graduate School of Banking, from the University of Wisconsin. McCullough was also extremely active in his community in Missouri, serving as a member of Rotary, the school board, Scouts and the Chamber of Commerce.
“Lonnie is a great addition to our staff,” said Ron Reiser, Executive Vice President and President of the RCB Bank locations in Pryor. “He and his wife will be outstanding members of our community. They both have been tremendously involved in the ongoing needs of their local community and will now bring that energy to Pryor and Mayes County.”
McCullough and his wife, Deanna, have been married for 27 years. They have one son who is married and a senior in college.
Bales brings in-depth experience in installment loans and the automobile industry to RCB. A Salina, OK, native, he graduated from NSU.
“We are very excited to welcome Curtis to our lending staff,” said Reiser. “His experience in the automobile finance business and his ability to ‘meet people where they are’ will be a tremendous benefit and will expand our abilities in all areas of our consumer lending and related services.”
Bales and his wife, Dusty, have two children and are active in community events.
“We see great things ahead for Pryor and the surrounding areas, and for that matter, Oklahoma as a whole,” said Reiser. “Our goal is to have an experienced, available staff and these additions are part of our ongoing plans to serve the banking needs of this community.”
