RCB Bank has grown from a small business with one bank in Claremore, Oklahoma, to offering 30 full-service branches stretching across Oklahoma and into Kansas, all without losing sight of its community banking roots.

RCB Bank offers five convenient locations in Ponca City: three full-service branches on East Highland Avenue, North 14th Street and East Grand Downtown and two drive thru locations at 2nd & Chestnut and on Lake Road. Six ATM’s are also located around the city –a drive-up ATM at the Ponca City North branch on 14th Street; two in the ConocoPhillips complex; one in the parking lot of the main bank on Highland Avenue; and at Conoco Convenience Centers at Waverly and South Avenue and 3305 North 14th Street.
The Ponca City North branch at 2901 North 14th Street recently received a facelift. Over the summer, the inside of the branch was completely renovated to better fit the branch’s needs and make it more user-friendly for customers. The new state-of-the-art facility is now 6,000 sq. ft. with nine interior teller stations, ample lobby room, private offices and safe deposit boxes. It also features an expanded drive-thru with seven lanes for our customers’ convenience.
“We value our customers and that includes providing them with a banking facility that meets all their financial needs,” Cowan said. “I am excited to grow the bank and expand RCB Bank’s presence in Ponca. This is the next step in our continued commitment to the community.”

RCB Bank’s free online banking service allows customers to review all their RCB Bank accounts with one log in, transfer funds between accounts, set email alerts to be notified of low balances, view monthly statements and print account transactions. Another cost-saving online banking feature is bill pay which allows users to set up one-time or recurring payments to any business or individual. Schedule advance payments and put an end to late fees. RCB Bank offers two bill pay options: No-Pay which offers the first seven transactions free, then 75 cents for each bill after seven; or EZ Pay which provides 15 transactions for $5.95/month and 50 cents for each bill after 15. Set up is simple and an RCB Bank staff person is willing and ready to help anyone who would like personal assistance.
Do your banking on the go with RCB Bank’s free smartphone banking apps for iPhone and Android. Check balances, pay bills, transfer money and locate ATM’s with our secure, easy to use mobile apps. RCB Bank’s mobile banking apps allow you to access your accounts using your existing RCB Bank online username and password. iPhones users can download the free app from the iTunes store. Android users can download the free banking app through Amazon. RCB Bank’s newest mobile banking feature for the iPhone app is mobile deposit. Save time and gas by making deposits to your bank account using your iPhone. Through RCB Bank’s free iPhone app, qualified users can take a picture of checks and submit their deposit through the RCB Bank banking app. A text message confirmation is provided once the deposit is received. Voila! It’s that easy.
The Android app will also be rolling out the mobile deposit services sometime late this year. With the development on new ways to access your money and increased control outside of the bank, some customers are worried about safety.
“We have done extensive testing and development on every new product we put out,” said Cowan. “Even though we try to stay on the leading edge of technology, we don’t do anything unless our customers’ accounts will be protected. For example, with mobile deposit – you do take a photo of a check for deposit inside the bank app, but that information is not stored anywhere on your phone. So even if you lose your phone, no one can log in to your account and no one could access that information, except you.”
Treating Customers to Sweet Rewards in Personal Checking Products
Mobile banking isn’t the only sweet reward RCB Bank offers its customers. How about getting paid to use your debit card? RCB Bank’s most popular checking account, my CashBack Checking, pays customers 10 cents on purchases $10 or greater and five cents on every purchase under $10 every time they use their check card. Qualifications apply. To earn cash back, account holders must make at least 10 check card purchases per rewards cycle (does not include ATM transactions) and e-statements are required.
If customers prefer a printed statement, they can still enjoy the benefits of my CashBack Checking which is no monthly service fee, unlimited transactions, no minimum balance requirement and bounce protection up to $500. And the option to earn rewards is ready and waiting.
Another reward checking product is my Interest Checking which allows customers to earn a great rate of interest when they use their debit card for purchases. Account holders can earn 3.01 percent APY on balances up to $15,000 when they make at least 10 check card purchases per rewards cycle (does not include ATM transactions) and sign up for e-statements.
Full-Service Lending for Individuals and Businesses
RCB Bank’s consumer loan department provides money for all consumers’ personal needs. Car, boat, home improvement, income property and travel loans are available at competitive rates. First and second mortgage loans on both residential and income properties are offered as well as Home Equity loans. RCB Bank’s Consumer Loan officers have more than 80 years combined lending experience, and are prepared to handle and assist customers with any of their borrowing requirements.
