Beginning May 12, 2014, you will access RCB Bank's online banking system. Click on the login link in the upper right hand corner of the page.
You should receive new user ID and password information in the mail. If you have not received your login by May 8, please call us at 877.811.4663.
With the switch, you should reenter all your current Bill Pay payees and notify any companies that make direct deposits or withdrawals to and from your accounts. You will also need to reset personalized account options such as alerts. Here is a guide to help.
Customers who use personal finance software such as Quicken or QuickBooks, will have to modify certain settings. Please refer to the documents below for assistance with this transition.
