Text Banking helps detect fraud with customizable transactions alerts so you know as soon as a transaction has happened and if you don't recognize the transaction you can stop any further activity on your card by following these steps to deactivate your debit card and stop fraudulent activity in its tracks!
Do I need a smart phone to use Text Banking?
No, all you need to use Text Banking is a phone that can send and receive text messages.
How do I sign up for Text Banking?
Simply sign in to the RCB Bank Mobile Banking App and select Text Banking to enroll. For non-smart phone users please call 855.226.5722 or visit any of our RCB Bank locations.
How much does Text Banking cost?
For our business customers it is $5/month for one account and $8/month for two or more.
Can I select the time of day I receive the Text Banking Alerts?
Yes, you can choose when to receive alerts, either from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. or 24 hours a day. You can also choose to receive alerts on all transactions or only transactions over a certain dollar amount.
