RCB Bank's new loan office in Norman is now open. Located at I-35 and Robinson in the Times Square building on Rambling Oaks Drive, RCB Bank's Norman location* offers consumer and commercial lending services for individuals and businesses. Sean Fuller leads the new branch as Norman Branch President. Steve Elliott is Vice President and Lanelle Caldwell is Loan Administrative Assistant.
“Steve, Lanelle and I are excited to be a part of the Norman community and look forward to building strong and lasting customer relationships as we lay the foundation for an RCB Bank presence that will last for years to come,” Fuller said. “Norman holds a special place in our hearts and we’re thrilled to demonstrate RCB Bank’s commitment to being a partner with the community and the clients we serve. We all have experience in all aspects of commercial and consumer lending and we feel that RCB’s attention to personal service will set us apart in the market place.”
Sean Fuller brings to the lending table 20 years of banking experience, primarily in commercial and industrial real estate, senior housing and residential construction and development.
He says RCB Bank is a great fit for him. The small bank atmosphere coupled with the ability to meet the needs of even the largest business allows him the opportunity to be more responsive to and supportive of his clients, according to Fuller.
"We're excited to have Sean back at RCB Bank" said RCB Bank President and CEO Roger Mosier. "Having worked with Sean before, I know he is the perfect banker to lead RCB Bank's entrance into the Norman market. Sean's abilities are well known within the bank and those abilities will quickly contribute to the Norman community."
Fuller is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Council and serves on the Executive Council of the Jim Thorpe Association.
In his spare time, he coaches little league baseball and enjoys spending time with his wife, Christine, and their three children, ages 17, 11 and 7. Fuller is a graduate of The University of Oklahoma. He graduated from Moore High School.
With 12 years' experience in commercial lending in Norman, Steve Elliott is best described as a relationship banker, one who truly gets to know his customers and their business and is willing to go the extra mile for them.
Elliott likes the passion and enthusiasm of the leadership of this bank and thinks the bank's philosophy, as well as its strength and quality as a bank will help us be successful in Norman's competitive banking community. He also said the more familiar he becomes with the bank and its employees, the more he likes it.
"We're pleased to have Steve join our new lending team in Norman," says RCB Bank Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer Tim Cutsinger. "RCB Bank is committed to expanding our footprint in the area and we are excited to be a part of the Norman Community."
Elliott is a member of the Norman Rotary Club and United Way of Norman Board of Directors.
He is a graduate of The University of Oklahoma and is happily married to his wife, Jenny, a first grade teacher in Norman. Together, they have two children, a daughter at OSU, and a son in high school. Elliott graduated from Norman High School.
