Welcome to RCB Bank!
On May 10, 2014, RCB Bank will be opening seven new branches (purchased from SpiritBank) in Cushing, Drumright, Edmond, Oilton, Oklahoma City, Stillwater and Stroud.
If you’re a SpiritBank customer in these communities and have received notification that your account will be transferred to RCB Bank, we are excited to welcome you as part of the RCB family.

RCB Bank is proud to serve many communities across Oklahoma and Kansas. Founded in Claremore in 1936, RCB Bank still holds dear the conservative business practices and progressive banking technologies that have guided our institution for decades. We look forward to getting to know you and serving your banking needs.
We encourage you to call or come by with your questions regarding this transition and again, we are so happy to meet you!
What to expect
New checks - Your new checks are currently being printed, and are scheduled to begin mailing out on April 28, 2014. You will receive 120 duplicate checks starting with check number 3001. Begin using these new checks after close of business on May 9, 2014.
ATM/Check Card – Your new card will begin working on May 9, 2014 at 3:30 p.m. You should receive your new card and personal identification number (PIN) by mail during the week of May 5, 2014. RCB Bank Check Cards work as both credit and debit. Review the information in your card mailing closely, for daily limits on purchases and ATM withdrawals. We also have preventative measures in place to protect you from fraud; contact us if you plan to travel out of state or country so that we can ensure your card works properly.
Online Banking – Your new user ID and password will arrive in a separate mailing. Beginning May 12, 2014 you may access online banking at www.RCBbank.com or on your mobile device through banking apps for Android, iPhone and iPad. Unfortunately, your bill payee information, payments and transfers will not convert. Prior to May 9, 2014 prepare a list of your current payees and payments so you can easily set up Bill Pay when you receive your new information. Here is a guide to help.
- Automatic Deposits and Withdrawals – Customers who receive direct deposits to or automatic payments from their account will encounter a few changes. The company or entity making the deposit or withdrawal should be notified to change the routing number associated with these transactions to 103112594. We have made arrangements to forward all automatic transactions to RCB for a period of 90 days following the transition. Please try to have all automatic transactions converted by July 9, 2014.
