Larry Green passes reins to Brad Collier

RCB Bank is pleased to announce Brad Collier takes over the helm as RCB Bank market president, upon the pending retirement of current market president Larry Green.

“It is with mixed feelings that I hand over the reins of the day-to-day management of RCB Bank Stillwater,” said Green. “Since coming to Stillwater in 2010, it has been a labor of love. The Bank and our people are truly the best in the business. So many lasting friendships have resulted with customers and staff alike. Thank you Stillwater for allowing me to serve you.”

“I step away knowing Stillwater is in good hands with Brad Collier,” Green said. “Collier is a very experienced banker and a good friend. He and the RCB Bank family will continue to provide exemplary customer service and creative financial solutions.”

Collier has 25 years’ experience in banking, with more than 20 years devoted to commercial and installment lending and 15 years of service in various senior leadership roles. He is a graduate of Maryville University in St. Louis, and American Bankers Association’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, where he received the Wharton Leadership Certificate.

Collier is active in the community, a 2017 graduate of Leadership Stillwater Class 26, a volunteer for the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce Total Resource Campaign in 2018 and a member of the Stillwater Frontier Rotary Club. He is also vice president of the Stillwater Community Foundation Board and an active member of Countryside Baptist Church.

“Larry Green greatly improved RCB Bank’s visibility since we entered the Stillwater market in 2010,” said Roger Mosier, RCB Bank president and CEO. “He provided us with a stable base with which to increase our commitment to the Stillwater community. In the coming months, he will continue to provide valuable input corporate wide.”

“We are fortunate to find an individual of Brad’s caliber to continue the work initiated by Larry,” Mosier said. “Brad has substantial roots in the Stillwater community and we look forward to his leadership.”

Green joined RCB Bank in 2010 as market president in Stillwater. His future plans include assisting RCB Bank with business development throughout the organization. He and his wife Thresa will remain in Stillwater and look forward to remaining active in the community.

“I will, of course, always bleed Orange,” Green said.
